Charlize’s eating habit:

Breakfast — two slices of bran bread, a tomato, a lettuce and fifty grams of tuna. Dinner — one fish cutlet, one toast, a raw vegetables salad filled with lemon juice, and raw fruits  -  an orange, an apple, a pear, a small banana or two plums. Supper — two hundred grams of grilled chicken, baked tomatoes, boiled mushrooms and a salad from fresh fruits and cabbage celery.

She doesn`t work out daily but she still enjoys dancing and she practices yoga, runs and sometimes ice skates in order to keep fit. When she has time she takes up some soft gym exercises, so that she is sure she works every muscle group.
